With this machine the surfaces of the hardening wagons are scraped to achieve a flat surface, which is free of caking. After each process, the surface is swept by means of a rotating brush. This unit can be installed anywhere in the wagon circulation system.

The molding box removing device ensures a quick and easy exchange of the molding box. For this purpose, the molding frame is suspended in the device and tensioned. Subsequently, the worn molding box is pressed out by a cross beam, which is moved vertically by two screws. In reversal, a new molding box is drawn.

Our lubricant - based on Teflon - has been developed for the usage of hardening wagons bearings and guarantees a service-free operation of them for the entire lifetime of the wheel bearings.
